So this past weekend, 14 of us went to Sequoia National and Kings Canyon Park. The scenery and views that the Sierra Nevadas provided were utterly amazing and breathtaking. The weather was fantastic; being with the extended Kan family added so much more to the overall enjoyment; and God's vast creations trembled my tranquil heart. The Redwood trees, which towered all of us, averaged anywhere from 1,500 - 2,000 years old. Much fun was had by all of us and no Kung-Fu was used. I took a junkload of pics; I picked some out below and will let them tell the remainder of the story.
