The One With Mono...

I'm hittin' the hay a little earlier tonight (got a big day planned tomorrow with the crew). But before I do so, I wanted throw out some random tidbits that you may or may not find interesting. Also, I wrote a silly limerick for Amanda. Got the idea from the wonderful Andrew Peterson.

1. If nobody has made this claim yet, may it go on record - an exclusive for FFV if you will - that the winner for this season's American Idol will not regularly put his or her fingers up when Ryan Seacrest is giving out the voting info. I can't stand it when the contestant puts his or her finger(s) up to remind us what number they are that week. I mean come on, is that really gonna give you more votes or sway the viewers one way or the other? It's so tacky, senseless, and not to mention, Sanjaya-ish (you can interpret that however way you want).
2. Amanda did a wonderful job coming down to Tallahassee today. Thanks to her new best friend, Garmin.
3. My car is now entirely paid off courtesy of the IRS - and consequently my house fund will hopefully be enlarged without assistance from the Prayer of Jabez.
4. Wendy's new 4-Alarm Spicy Chicken Sandwich is quickly becoming my favorite fast food item of all time.

I'll blame her 1st graders with ease
So I guess now kissing is a "no-no"
